Vacuum Forming and Injection Molding
Does your product require a custom shape? We offer injection molding and vacuum forming to create a custom product design to meet your specific needs. ABS, styrene and polymer materials can be used to make small and large format products with quick turn around times.
Not sure which process is right for you?
Choose injection molding if your final product needs to be a solid 3-dimensional object. Injection molding forces heated thermoplastic material into a custom molded cavity to cool and form, making one solid piece.
Choose vacuum forming if your final product does not need to be a solid object. This process stretches a sheet of heated plastic material and stretches it onto a mold. A vacuum draws the material with force onto the mold where it is cooled and forms the final shape. Final products derived from vacuum forming are single sided unless two separate formed sheets are glued together.
